1. Service and operator

WKO AI is operated by SEDER LTD, company number 17382625, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE.

WKO AI is a static, local-first AI site. AI inference runs in your browser using open models. SEDER LTD does not provide an application backend, user-account database, or cloud inference service for the tools described on the site.

2. As-is service and liability

The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, SEDER LTD excludes implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, security, compatibility, or that outputs are accurate, complete, unique, lawful, or suitable for a particular purpose.

You should independently check important outputs before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEDER LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

3. Inputs, outputs, and intellectual property

SEDER LTD claims no ownership of your prompts, files, or AI outputs. You retain any rights you already hold in material you provide.

Whether an AI output attracts copyright or other rights, and who may hold those rights, depends on applicable law, the circumstances of creation, and the license of the model used. Outputs may not be unique and another user or tool may generate similar material. You are responsible for checking model licenses, third-party rights, and legal requirements before publishing, selling, or otherwise using an output.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site or model outputs to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or harm others.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the site, its static hosting, CDN, or third-party model distribution.
• Generate or distribute unlawful, hateful, harassing, exploitative, or non-consensual content, including child sexual abuse material or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created where disclosure is required by law, contract, or platform rules.
• Circumvent rate limits, licenses, access controls, or security protections imposed by a provider or model host.

We may restrict access to protect the site, respond to abuse, meet legal duties, or accommodate model-license changes.

5. Local processing and network use

AI inference is performed locally. Site delivery, security, cookie-free Cloudflare Web Analytics, model and runtime downloads, and providers you activate can still use network requests. Optional provider requests are sent directly from your browser. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Browser capabilities, storage limits, hardware support, and model availability vary. Offline operation requires the relevant application assets, runtime, and model resources to have been downloaded and retained by your browser.

6. Model and software licenses

WKO AI does not train the listed models. Models and supporting open-source software are governed by their own licenses in addition to these terms. A model's license controls your use of its weights and may affect permitted uses of its outputs.

• ByteDance SDXL-Lightning and Stability AI SD-Turbo (Stable Diffusion 2.1 family) are governed by CreativeML Open RAIL++-M. See ByteDance/SDXL-Lightning LICENSE.md and stabilityai/stable-diffusion-2-1 LICENSE.md at the revisions used by the site. These licenses restrict illegal, harmful and non-consensual uses and require retaining the license on distribution.
• Depth Anything V3 (Small/Base) via onnx-community/depth-anything-v3-* is governed by the license published with the depth-anything/Depth-Anything-V3-* source repository. Review that license at its Hugging Face LICENSE file before commercial use.
• Permissive vision models: Swin2SR family (Apache-2.0 — mv-lab/swin2sr), Real-ESRGAN (BSD-3-Clause — xinntao/Real-ESRGAN), BiRefNet Lite (MIT — ZhengPeng7/BiRefNet), BEN2 Base (MIT — PramaLLC/BEN2), PP-OCRv5 mobile det/rec (Apache-2.0 — PaddlePaddle/PaddleOCR).
• Other models, including Qwen (custom Alibaba Qwen License), Whisper, Kokoro and related chat/audio models, are subject to the license published with the relevant model repository. Review that license before commercial use, redistribution, or another regulated use.

If these terms conflict with a model or software license, that license controls your use of the relevant model or software. You are responsible for compliance with applicable licenses.

7. Third-party services

Depending on the action you choose, the site can request resources or services from Cloudflare, Hugging Face (including onnx-community, Xenova, studioludens, CoderViking, bukuroo, schmuell and d0gr image origins), GitHub Raw, jsDelivr, Tavily, and Brave — and same-origin /models/* for mirrored super-resolution/OCR weights. SEDER LTD does not control third-party availability or independent terms. Your use of those services is also governed by their applicable terms and privacy policies.

8. Changes and access

We may update the site or these terms to address technical, operational, legal, security, or licensing changes. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their effective date, subject to any notice or consent required by law.

9. Governing law

These terms and non-contractual disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the protection of another law or the right to bring proceedings in another court.
